Burning .mp3 files as audio (.wav) but the track names are deleted and
replaced with track 1 track 2 etc...I have tried with k3b,Brasero and
have just installed Nero for Linux but all do the same..Is there a way I
can get the correct filenames to show ?

You might need to run them through a tag editor. I have made CDs from mp3s in
Linux and it is much the same as in Windows. If the tags are right it will
search the database and get the proper file names. If the tags are messed up
then it will probably give you generic names. I use Ex Falso as my tag editor,
but there are several to choose from
