I was able to use tightvnc viewer on windows to access my computer but I
could only see things. I couldnt refresh the screen. But that doesnt
help anyway as this needs to work through a browser. But the firewall is
set to allow those ports.

At this point I think that the vnc-java is not either being found or is
not running.
