Upgrading the BIOS question

I have my new CPU but I have a problem. Im going from a 2.2Celeron to a
P4 2.8 and Gateway says I have to flash the bios. Problem is that their
instructions say to download a exe file to execute. Well, Im sure I can
do that from wine.

I installed 2GB ram from 768 and upgraded from a 2.2 Celeron to a 2.8 P4
and my system is LIGHTENING FAST!!! WOW.

Apparently I dont have to worry about the BIOS now.
