It is in Synaptic
Go to
System>Admin>Synaptic.
Click on the search button and type in Lazarus. It will do a search and there
it is for you to click on the square and select Mark for Install. After that
click on the Apply button and it will start DL and then install. Most of the
programs for Linux can be found in Synapic.
