The kernel itself has the ability to mount ISO images (but not cue or bins),
using the "mount" command. If you want a graphical interface check this page
www.kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=44805 it can also help to
convert cues and bins to ISO.

This doesn't specifically refer to Ubuntu, but does it apply?
That would be nice. The link for a graphic interface was empty,
but I could nicely use mount. If that's the case, however, what need is there
for the likes of these?

This is an interesting page, though seemingly not
Linux-specific:

with the repositories if possible. If not then I would
attempt a conversion from RPM, or compile. Never compiled
