WTK is a Sun product so you can't find it else where,

for Symbian OS use CodeWorrier for Symbian OS

check www.metrowerks.com (recently names www.freescale.com)

for other vendor specific phone, look into the vendor's web site to get the specific SDK for the phone.

http://www.microjava.com also has other tools that might come handy,

I have a set of emulators and SDKs:

- sun_java_wireless_toolkit-2_3-beta-windows (WTK)
- nS60_jme_sdk_3rd_e (symbian SDKs for Java)
- and some other C++ SDKs
