Question Answered By: Adah Miller   on Dec 14

Could very well be the problem. At the moment they are formatted as vfat 32
devices.

By the way they are 2G, PNY Attache, flash drives and they are compatible with
XP Pro and Vista, and they also work with my old PC and Ubuntu 8.10.

I have Puppy running from a live CD at the moment on a new Vista x64 box. I've
had problems running various distros on the Vista box and Puppy is the only
distro that seems to work at all on this machine.

Thanks for the info, I'll keep plugging away until I figure it out, with some
help maybe.
