Jim Open the Terminal window from the Applications menu and type

sudo nautilus
it will prompt for your password and open the editor.

Click File System/Boot/Grub/ Menu.lst


Scroll down and copy the bottom separated entry for Windows and move it
above the entries for Ubuntu. Put the Separators that you found between
the two back between them.
