Another way to try this is to install testdrive via PPA. It downloads the
daily ISO and runs in in qemu. You may have to change the preferences if
you are running 64-bit. It gives an error about not supporting your
architecture as it is set for i386. Change to AMD64, then close and re-open.

To install from commandline, cut and paste into a terminal:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:testdrive

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install testdrive
