I'm sorry but I don't see why the row  is important. Assuming you are
sorting your data ... Would a formula do the job or do you really want
to use VBA?
The formula could do an INSTR or FIND for Project and then add  $10 to
the value of Col B if found to another column.
You could even reference another cell  for the 10$ in vase that chnged.
