Google "Excel VBA Tutorial" and you will have more links than you can chase
down in a day. By soft copy, I assume you mean something other than a book.
I suggest looking on Amazon.com and search for "Excel VBA" or "Walkenbach".
You will find  a number of books you can purchase that will come with an
Adobe Acrobat version of the book on CD. One of the best "hard copy" books
you can get is John Walkenbach's "Excel Power Programming with VBA" or his
"Excel VBA Programming for Dummies". If you are serious about learning how
to do VBA programming, then buy a book. The authors have put a lot into
these books and it is well worth the small investment.
