WLAN card

Date: Jan 04    Category: Unix / Linux / Ubuntu    Views: 225

I'm still using and it cant pick my wireless lan card. I ran feisty as a
live cd and saw that it has this new feature
that allows the use of restricted drivers, this allows my WLAN card to work
perfectly, but i cant run feisty yet cos it messes with my sound.
I was just wondering if I could get the restricted drivers feature to work
in edgy.
My WLAN card is Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 3945ABG.

Its just www.intel.com

When you get there you will need to select your region because its the
main site then go Support and select your card and Linux Drivers.

I was also having problem with my LAN Card. I
installed the Ndiswrapper Utility which resolved my
problem, just follow the link and tell me the result.

I am sure it will work.
