I have noticed that when I run Update Manager to check for updates, I
get Failed, Hit, and Done.

FAILED - are the first few, under Package, which say Translation-en_US.

HIT - are those, which come up as "0" information. I believe that means
there are new updates in this area.

DONE - are those to be downloaded.

If I am wrong in my interpretation, please correct me.

QUESTIONS:

What does failed mean to me? Is this good or bad?
