Update Manager

My update manager says that there are 3 updates available.
libsmbclient, sambacomon & smbclient. When I tell it to download and
install updates, it fails. Looks like the reason given is 403
forbiden.
I'm running 6.06. I'm the only user. Never had this failure before.
Any suggestions?

The problem appears to be with the "main" repositories. US repos work
without error.
You can easily change repo's in Synaptic (Settings - Ubuntu Software -
Download from)
