Struts very basic Qs

I am getting an error message when I start my Tomcat 5
>>Document root element "struts-config", must match DOCTYPE
root "null" <<
Can any body help.

You got to love Struts' useless error  messages.
You're going to get all sorts of bizarre and uninformative errors when
you develop in Struts. Keep your eyes open for other technologies.

Anyway, compare your struts-config file with one from the samples.
