I use the "print to file" feature of the print server. With this you can
select the printer you
want to print to or print to file, select the location to place that
file and what format pdf or
ps. Is there a way to save the preferred location so it doesn't have to
be entered every time?
I have looked at the preferences section under system and may have
missed it but nothing
pops out as a place to save it.
