anyone have the solution.

I suppose that depends what you want to do with it next. Perhaps you can save
it in dif or sylk and open that in dBaseII or whatever.

According to office.microsoft.com/.../FX101633871033.aspx
Excel 2007 CAN save  but not open files in DBF 3 (dBASE III) and DBF 4 (dBASE
IV) formats, and can neither open nor save files in DBF 2 (dBASE II) format.

Is this helpful?

I have tried to save  it in any DBF format but did not find any .

I have also tried Microsoft web site but no any solution

I need DBF files to use in a FoxPro Program.

sorry, I misread the Microsoft posting – it can OPEN but NOT
SAVE DBF 3 & 4 (and can’t do anything with DBF 2).

Here’s at least one workaround:

forums.esri.com/Thread.asp

Open in Access 2007 and then save  to DBF, since Access 2007 can still do
that.

You can do all that programmatically using VBA.

I’m just doing a google search for “DBF “EXCEL 2007””.

You might also try “DBF “EXCEL 2007” workaround”.
