PROBLEM RUNNING APPLET PROGRAM

I am currently having problem running my applets
programs on my computer. It keeps telling me that "Applet not
initialized"

Please does anyone know what the cause os the problem is ?
My Operating system is Windows me

Check your html tags. Also, my browsers gives me the option of
exception details. Check that to. I'm doing the same thing and it
takes a lot of trial and error.
