PersonalJava on Pocket PC 2002

Hava anyone built Java application on PDA running Pocket PC 2002 ?
I went to java website http://java.sun.com/products/personaljava/#dev ,
and there is Runtime Environment for Windows CE available, but I don't
understand MIPS and SH3 platform mean ?
If anyone has ever experienced this
