JBuilder and Weblogic

Where can I find a suitable version of WebLogic or WebSphere to
integrate them as Application Server with Jbuilder 7 in Tehran ?
Weblogic 7+ isn't standard in Jbuilder 7, and higher version of
Weblogic use J2EE 1.4 but I need anything in J2EE 1.3, to deploy my
product in OC4J finally.

I've developed a test application  using Jbuilder 7 integrated with Weblogic 7 application server.
You can specify the Weblogic 7 server, at the server  configuration, Weblogic 6+.
You can also use Weblogic 6.1.
