Horizontal Rules in Excel

This is not really a VBA questions, but I hope you'll let me sneak it
by...

How do you create a horizontal line in Excel that just goes across the
cell, not an underline on the cell contents, and not a cell border, but
a line that goes through the middle, like this:

456
789
----
1368

I'd use top or bottom border  on the cell  above or below and adjust the row
heights to get something that looked right.
