gutsy email weirdness

i got really drunk the other night and don't know what happened, but
now my THUNDERBIRD email proggy only seems to read emails if they are
not in html. whats up with that?
I apparently spilled something on my keyboard, dunno if that has
anything to do with it.
Whats up with that?

You normally change things in Edit/ Preferences/Display
