how to shut off the email alert

Does anyone know how to shut off the email alert that a program is
trying to send an email... it always happens in any VBE i.e. outlook,
excel, access...

I use Express ClickYes, a free 3rd-party add-on, and it works perfectly.
http://www.contextmagic.com/express-clickyes/

It's even programmable so you can turn it on or off programmatically.
