Excel via Web

Is it possible to create a web page that is equal to a excel
spreadsheet?
I have developed a workbook that many people in my company access
through a local network.
I would like to have a web page posted in the intranet that would work
exactly the same as my workbook. Is it possible?

Depending on the specifics, you could try Google Docs & Spreadsheets:

I think this can be done using MS SharePoint server can do

A third suggestion: Why not save your excel  workbook as an html file, and see if
that works as a native web  page?
