I have one excel which has form. From Xl Form I can update the and add
to MSAccess DB. I have the copy of the same excel which is access
through another system. Can I have update the Same MSAccess DB From 2
different XL Form. I tried but when I access the DB from copy of the
excel It shows Access Read-only..

Please kindly help me to put different XL(same form) values to one
MSaccess Table.

Just confirming that either copy  (i.e. either computer system) gets write
access provided the other isn't also connected?

Also, what mechanism are you using to connect to Access? Can you show us
the code?
