I 'v heard that XP is not accepted yet.I think that this is a new good idea in in software developing methodologies.And It should be tested before we can use it in critical projects.
As a developer who want's to be on the market,I should learn to use the most widely accepted tools and methods to reach my goals.I also khows that together is a greate developing tool I tested it but I could not find it in Iran.

Again I don't say that XP is not good.But it is still in it's first steps but RUP came at 1998 and it is a branch of unified process which is developed by jacobson,booch,rambough who are respectively the founder of OOSE,BOOCH & OMT methodologies.
These guys are the gods of OO.

I will appreciate you if you can give me those book that you listed to take a copy of them.
