converter of Gregorian date to jalali date

Does anybody has or knows any date converter for converting gregorian date to
jalali date?

An honored Iranian java specialist has been implement IBM ICU4J calendar,
visit http://sourceforge.net/projects/persiancalendar
god bless him. I'm implementing java.util.Calendar interface using his code and ICU4J implementation for Jalili and Islamic calendar, and going to upload it in source forge, but I'm so busy right now, and it takes one month to finish it.
I hope one day all date  and time fields will be stored as a datetime type or long type in databases and developers use Calendar to work with date and time fields not as a bloody string.

there is also an implementation of java calendar for jalali  calendar done by behdad spehdad,
he has not officially published it, because of licensing issues of sun JDK at that time,
but the code can be found with search on internet on some web sites.

This is just a confirmation message of what Nasim said.
PersianCalendar has implemented very well. You can go through its
documentation to understand how it works. Here is a brief
description:
All new Java Calendars, as well as PersianCalendar and Sun's, hold a
Date object internally and work with them. date  is actually
independent of the calendar and its main data is a long obeject
containing passed milliseconds from a starting-point date.
If you want to change a Gregorian Date to its Jalali correspondence,
follow these steps:
1. Create a Gregorian Calendar with your intended date
("2008/02/15").
2. Obtain it Date object.
3. Create an instance of PersianCalnedar using obtained Date.
4. Use DateFormatter or just get method of that instance to prepare
a suitable date String ("1386/11/5").
