wIntegrate communication

Does anybody know how to communicate (send and receive data) from VBA
to wIntegrate (IBM application).

wIntegrate IBM is emulator and communicating to database then you will create
object and use sendkeys

I am not sure of how to do that, i did try to search from google but
no luck, can you please give me an example. It would be of great help.
