VBA Tutorial with VB.NET

Plz anyone can refer me good tutorial about VBA
using VB.Net and C#.net. Can u just send me names of the good sites where i can
find these tutorials?

But if u can suggest me the same thing in VB.NET and C#.Net then also it can be
good. Also If u have any idea reagrding OWC tutorial  then plz  suggest me.
Actually i searched on net, but most of the tutorial i m finding is for ASP.NET
and also the same if i am trying for VB.NET then it is not working.
Same means some required changes i made in VB.NET.

So if u have good  idea reagding this OWC and VBA in VB.NET then plz send  me
reference sites. Also if u have sme turorials or e-books then plz send it to me.
