How to set keyboard shortcuts

This may seem to be a simple question, but I'm not able to find the
answer in the help files, since I don't know exactly what I'm looking
for is called.

I'd like to set a shortcut key for my command buttons. Back a few
years ago, I used to be able to put a '&' before the letter I'd like
underlined, so that when you hold Alt + that character, it'd press the
button. That doesn't seem to work in VBA. What is the syntax/command
to do this?

Right click the button, select properties

If you want say, Alt-A as the shortcut, put  A in the Accelerator key  property.
