Project password forgoten

I am trying to make some changges to an excel
spread sheet here is my issue:

Steps:

ALT + F11
under project Explorer window
I click on the "+" next to project name pr312
prompts me for a password, I guess I set this password months ago
trying to recover it or bypass.

i think we can find the passsword by some password  recovery tools...
u can find the Excel password recovery by Google search..
it will give some tools...
Actually those softwares are payable...
but the trial version is available...
it will give some letters of your password (like first 2 letters or overall 2
letters...)
