Multi-core CPU's

Im thinking of building a bigger computer. I have right now a custom that has a
dual core Celeron and Im running 9.10. What Im thinking of is a quad-core AMD
system and I was wondering if Ide be looking at any glitches with it if I go
quad-core.

shouldn't be a problem I'm running a quad core phenom in 32bit mode with 5 disk
drives and 2 DVD burners and 2 monitors no problems here running it .

Im running a Q4 intel cpu with no problems and I too run 32bit mode.
Anything newer like that you can run on these linux os's.
