How do i install the kernel 3.5.0 on Ubuntu 12.10

I am running 3.5.0-18 just from the repositories. I think that it came with
3.5.0-17 to begin with. I am not sure what the problem is. Are you sure
that you mean 12.10 and not 12.04?
