JSF Resource bundle Problem

When i use message bundle in jsf pages it show unknow characters in farsi mode . my page and bundle is unicode utf-8 but it dont work . please help me how to use message bundle in jsf without any problem .

if you use "langproper-0.53.jar" for writing your mesaage bundle  ,your problem  will save.
