jasper pdf exporter problem

I used jasperreport3 to generate a report in pdf
but it put '?' instead all of my farsi characters
is there any idea about this problem?

You must use ARIAL.TTF for PDF font, and Identity-H (Unicode with horizontal writing) for PDF encoding.
