JApplet download problem

I have a problem in JApplet application.My server is running
remotely , application which is developed using JApplet components.I am
trying to access thro my IE 5.0, I am getting blank page.At the same time
another machine it gots downloaded perfectly with same browser version.
Both machines have been installed jdk1.3 software.
could anyone give me an solution?
