How to get prices from web site

i have the following web site
www.my4ex.com/major
can i get the price to my worksheet ?
or can i see these prices directly in my excel cells ? in live mode ?

All I see there is an empty page.

However, you may be able to set up a web  Query on the page when it
contains data, and set it up to automatically refresh.

Also, I do have a free, open source add-in that can grab data off most
web pages, but it will depend on the specifics of the data on the
page. Without seeing any data, I can't say if it would work for sure.

The page does load if you wait.... And wait... And wait...

The page source is entirely encoded JavaScript. I don't know if that affects
whether your add-in will work. Perhaps Omar will let us know.

I had to go to IE to get anything.

However, what comes up is some foreign exchange prices. I would think
there are better sources to get that kind of data.
