Digital Timer

I'm looking for a way to display a timer on a page that will start ticking when the user comes into the page. The Idea is for the user to see how long it takes to accomplish a routine task and they can measure there performance as they become more efficient at completing the task. Any Ideas?

Take alook at http://www.javascript-page.com/timer.html You can modify it to automatically start  onload or you can leave it as is and let the visitor start and stop it as they see fit.
