creating executable file

i've a problem in converting my java project to executable file which
can run in the computer which don't have j2re or j2se. i've tried to
convert it using some software but it can't run in the computer which
don't have j2re or j2se. may be someone can give me a link for the
software or how to solve this problem?

btw, what kind of program that eclipse use to make it executable  (although we
must havel jdk) ??
it could multiplatform (in linux & windows)
