Amateur Radio - WSJT

WSJT doesn't run under UBUNTU 8.04, just get a terminal window that closes
before I can read the error message. I saw on the Forum that earlier versions of
UBUNTU had a problem and assume it still does.

I'm new to Ubuntu and I don't use WSJT but I wanted to let you know that
the program loads in the new Jaunty 9.04. I just did an install from
Synaptic and when I start the program I get the WSJt 6, the SpecjT and
the terminal window with information about the program. I heard that
they did a lot of improvements with sound and so far I am very pleased
with anything that has uses the sound card.
