Really need your help to solve my problems, a code that can do something like
below:

1. If there is are specific words (say a "Cat" at B50 and B52) then the macro
will Copy a selected columns/Rows (A1, B20 and AD51) from this sheet (of
Workbook A) to a different Workbook (Workbook B) and into a specific sheet, say
in a sheet AB.

2. When new data is being copied into this new workbook; it will continue being
pasted into a new row below the old ones (with one row spacing).
