I am an Industrial Engineering student at WVU working on my thesis. I
need very basic help in Excel. My questions are:

(1) How can I make use of option buttons or check boxes to select a
value either within the same sheet or in a new sheet?

(2) How can I create a form, prompted by a command button in which the
user can enter some values and then once clicking on a button
saying "Update", the values will be recorded in an excel database?
