My own point of view:
A) Becouse its nice, well structured, and only OO.
B) Becouse its easy, has a good documentation and goods class libraries.
C) Becouse its platform independent.
On the other hand it suck becouse:
A) Its really slow making some things.
B) I dont like the way GUIs are worked with.
