A program warning as soon as I enter the same value before

My work is related with data entry to Excel and I enter hundreds of items to an
excel page and each of these items has 30 or more components that I must enter
all these components to 20 cells in a row respectively. I first enter all the
items and then control by a macro whether there is a double or more entered same
data. I want to learn whether there is a method that can be used that can warn
me with a message when I entered the same value that was entered before in the
same sheet before, and by that way I needn't enter all 30 components
unnecessarily.
In other words while I'm entering the values, the macro will be working
simultaneously. You could say that then just enter the first column values and
then check these, but since other necessities I can not have that chance.
I hope I could explain my problem. I'll be glad if you bring me a solution.
