I've recently moved house and had to change to a Virginmedia account. This worksfine on Windows, although it was trickier to set up on Windows, but I can't getEvolution and Virginmedia.com to talk to each other.Anyone else had a similar problem?
Does Virgin use SSL or TLS?...............
What error is it showing when you try to connect?Im sure you did this but covering my bases:incoming mail: pop.virginmedia.comoutgoing mail: smtp.virginmedia.comcheck outgoing server requires authentication.your email is your account name and then your password.Outgoing port is 465, incoming port is 995
The Send/Receive button isn't highlighted so send/receive is off to start with.Virginmedia requires ssl.
