UserForm.Hide & UserForm.Show (?)

Why is it, prior to doing UserForm.Hide and also know
the UserForm.Top & UserForm.Left NEW data values

And just prior to doing the UserForm.Show, you update
the UserForm.Top & UserForm.Left with the
NEW data values just prior to the UserForm.Show

The UserForm shows in the NEW location, however there
is also the same UserForm image in the previous location, same
location as when the UserForm was initially loaded into view ?
