two questions

1.i am working in jdeveloper 10g.i replace an image in folder public_html with another image that has same name(this image shown in main page),but when run again it doesnot show new image.

2.i change <FRAME SRC = "contents-con.html" NAME ="navframe"> to <FRAME SRC = "contents-contemp.html" NAME ="navframe"> ,after that i face 404 not found.why??

i think your file name is not true or your file dose not exist .

The old image  is in the browser cache. When you refresh the page  it looks for the cache . If the browser finds in the cache, it will take from cache instead of loading once again from server.

So if you are using IE delete the temporary internet files. If you are using firefox choose "clear private data " .If you are using safari select "Reset safari" or "empty cache"

i do it but the problem is remained.
