how can i turn on my camera?

how can i turn on? 810 64. i tried xawtv & it worked but had to reboot
to turn off.

What kind of Camera and what are you trying to do?

it is built into my system 76 gazp5 laptop.

If it is just a web cam you want to use, the you can install Cheese. However,
this is all dependent on whether your camera is installed properly. Cheese will
allow you to see your web cam and to take shots or video with your webcam.

Multimedia on the 64-bit release is iffy, so be prepared for disappointments.
There is nothing wrong with 64-bit per se, but some multimedia formats just
don't support it (flash/shockwave, RealAudio to name two) and in effect you are
cobbling together a patchwork which is second best to most and unacceptable to
many.

i think ur right, will install 32 when i completely ruin 64:-) cheese loaded but
didnt work properly.
