persistence.xml file problem

I've got a problem with java persistence.

my database is mysql
my web application is sun 9.1

this is my classpath

CLASSPATH=/opt/jdk1.6.0_04/jre/lib/rt.jar:/opt/SDK/lib/javaee.jar:
CLASSPATH=$CLASSPATH:/opt/jdk1.6.0_04/jre/lib/mysql-connector-java-5.0.0-beta-bin.jar:
CLASSPATH=$CLASSPATH:/opt/SDK/lib/appserv-rt.jar:/opt/SDK/lib/toplink-essentials.jar:

my problem is i cant deploy this file.

Use NetBeans IDE 6.0 and please write the exact exception you get.
