Sounds like a personal issue. :) I am unable to create that same
problem. It might be a glitch - possibly due to some other object you
have. (I don't know.) If you'd like to share the file I'd try helping.

This could be a display problem on your machine......

It works fine for me - if I click on the up arrows it scrolls up
and on the down arrows it scrolls down. Is that what you meant?

I am using Excel 2003 on XP SP2.

Thank you, I see your point. But strange, the up arrows won't display on my new
computer with Vista platform. The Workbooks were begun on a different computer
with XP platform awhile back. Is this possible? At least, I can scroll  up
w/out benefit of up arrows displayed. Maybe some of others using the Workbooks
will have better luck. Thank you.
